ONYX-I4 OUS is a next-generation universal test bench for diagnostics, testing and coding of diesel injectors used in modern fuel injection systems. The ONYX platform supports Common Rail, EUI, EUP, HEUI, CRIN and I-ART technologies and enables simultaneous testing of up to 4 injectors at pressures up to 2800 bar. It is designed for diesel service centers and fuel system repair facilities requiring maximum versatility, accuracy and high measurement speed.
ONYX-I4 integrates solenoid and piezo injector testing in one bench and supports systems from all manufacturers. This enables a complete diesel injector diagnostic workflow on a single piece of equipment without multiple specialized benches.

The bench provides injector electrical measurement, solenoid and piezo control, injection parameter monitoring, delivery and return flow measurement, and rail and valve testing.
ONYX platform performance and accuracy
The ONYX platform provides high measurement speed and pressure stability up to 2800 bar through advanced control, automatic fuel temperature regulation and direct rail connection. This reduces test preparation time and improves repeatability of measurement results.
